Program Description

Discover the UNESCO-listed "City of Stone" on a guided day trip to Gjirokastra. Pick up from the designated pick up points in the morning and transfer to the Gjirokastra – one of Albania’s most stunning destinations. Visit to the picturesque center alongside most beautiful traditional houses and the city’s famous limestone and shale paved roads. Next, a visit to the Castle of Gjirokastra, one of the oldest in the Balkans. Afterwards, an optional lunch in a traditional restaurant (paid additionally). Free time to stroll through the historic 500-year-old bazaar where medieval architecture meets local craftsmanship, offering unique handmade gifts and souvenirs. A perfect blend of history, culture, and local flavor. Return to Durrës.
