Program Description

The excursion begins with pick-up from your hotel. The first stop is a visit to the Cretan Aquarium. After a short drive from the hotel through the plain of Messara you arrive at Matala. Known for the hippie colony in the 60s, where they lived in large holes carved into the mountain. The rocks are holes with a Roman burial. In Matala you will have time for a refreshing dip in the water, to eat something or simply enjoy a drink on the beach.
